The History Channel is an ideal naptime companion.
She spins words into gold. After years working at the big Madison Avenue agencies in the Big Apple, Betty's a master at turning copy into major works of art (she has a degree in painting, after all). Her powers of persuasion aren't limited to humans – she's also our in-house dog whisperer (just ask Butch) and teaches canine obedience classes in her spare time.

On a scale from one to 10, it's a six.
Bo's a master of graphic alchemy. Around the office, you're likely to hear Bo muttering "magic words" as he transforms an idea into art. He worked his design magic on some of the big names in consumer products (he's too modest to name them) before following his creative heart to work with education clients. When he manages to slip out of the office, you'll find him fly-fishing anywhere from local waterways to favorite spots including Florida's Mosquito Lagoon and the Conejos River in Colorado.

A lot of food is going to waste now.
Butch was a young pup when he joined Mindpower in 1996. During his 14-year tenure here, he was the most single-minded, results-oriented staff member. When he wasn’t keeping the office safe from the mixed-breed neighborhood riff-raff, you could find Butch hard at work on any of a dozen new creative strategies for optimizing ROI (including frequent snack breaks and afternoon naps). Butch was – and is – Mindpower’s greatest brand champion. May he never let our creative spirit rest.

He has a thinking problem. "It's really hard to stop."
Don has a knack for thinking the big thoughts and then making them a reality. He's spent years honing his talents at several of Atlanta's leading agencies. Don was originally attracted to Mindpower because of the commute: It's a ten-minute walk. In his spare time he gives back to the community by cultivating future talent at Portfolio Center and Creative Circus.

The sky is falling!
She hasn't written the book on branding – yet – but she's read every one on Amazon. (And has an opinion about each. Just ask her.) Donna is the agency's original left-brain thinker, strategist, and business builder. Clients respect her business savvy and enjoy her "always says what she thinks" style. The rest of us appreciate her for other reasons: her love of Moose Munch coffee (she keeps the coffeepot perking), Macs (the computers, not the burgers), and her fearless approach to new technology.

"Yankee" is not a dirty word.
If you measured talent by the word, Hadley would be a trillionaire. And she uses her riches (verbs, nouns, adjectives, etc.) wisely. She's penned articles on everything from literary criticism to endurance riding, and has written thoughtful, thought-provoking copy for agencies big and small. She's also a children's book author. When not working up some frisky prose, Hadley a fan of uncomfortable travel – her last adventure took her over the Andes on horseback.

His wife doesn't know how much he eats at work.
He can take any brand and make it feel better - including ours. In fact, Hal won us over for the first time when he said "You can always make a smart idea pretty, but you can't make a pretty idea smart." The second time, he brought in a box of "fresh hot now" Krispy Kremes, thus launching our Thursday Donut Days. Hal has a portfolio full of amazing work, a 10-handicap on the golf course, and the two luckiest sons in the world. We feel pretty fortunate to have him, too.

Terry was an early bird at the dawn of Interactive. Now, he's nothing less than a Digital Divinity to his clients and colleagues. When Terry's not introducing clients to the joys of tweeting, friending, and YouTubing, you can usually find him running, hiking, or backpacking. (Good for off-setting his passion for everything chocolate.) Terry's latest digital obsession? The iPad. To hear him tell it, it's going to change the Digital World as we know it. Good thing we have him to explain it to us.

Life is best shared over a cup of coffee.
Our resident bon vivant spent the first part of his career as an itinerant communicator – cub reporter in Mexico, PR flack on a Navajo reservation, and marketing whiz in LA. When he finally came home, we scooped him up and set him loose on new biz development. (He'll chat up a rock.) Jack is an avid cyclist, master crockpotter, and a Noah Webster wanna-be. (Loves him some big words!)

Good things come in twos.
Branding and publishing. Marketing and account service. Business development and agency management. Jenny has a long history of doing things in twos (earned two degrees, speaks two languages). As Mission Control at Mindpower, she uses her powers of duality for the ultimate good, giving clients (and potential clients) twice the mindpower. When Jenny's not helping clients double their profits, you'll find her enjoying the in-town cultural scene with her husband and twin daughters.

She can tame it, whether it's unruly copy or her unruly dog.
Great writers don't overthink; they rely on their instincts. That's Kelly. She didn't think twice about her first-ever plane trip – a transatlantic flight to Europe for a summer of solo(!) backpacking. An independent type, Kelly likes what she likes: live music, new places, great sushi, and good, clean, compelling copy. Luckily, she also likes working here – except for two weeks every winter when she volunteers at the Sundance Film Festival. (Yes, she's met him.)

Kindle on the iPhone = hours of entertainment.
Back in the agency's early days, Libby was the mother of all great ideas. Now, the former wizard of "ahhhhs" has moved behind the curtain to nurture Mindpower's next generation of rambunctious talent. As you might imagine given her a) age and b) introverted nature, Libby is not an enthusiastic user of social media. But no one knows how to get to the smart of a branding problem better. Her secret formula? A lot of reading, thinking, and Diet Coke. Strange combination, but hey – it works.

A good drink and great conversation can fix anything.
Lisa knows the difference: Between cost and value. Style and substance. What is – and what could be. That’s why she’s one of higher ed’s savviest brand-builders. Compared to mortals, Lisa is tuned to a higher frequency. She frequently flies. Frequently laughs. And frequently speaks at AMA, NACAC, and CASE conferences. In a prior life, Lisa was a Dean of Admission, VP of Student Affairs, and Pied Piper of international service trips. In this life, she teaches – and practices – yoga. Frequently.

Life's too short not to shorten it further with good burgers.
He's our resident guru of all things social and digital media. By the time the rest of us hear about the latest in "new" media, it's already old news to Michael. He's the designer you want when time is tight – he's seriously quick and will best any deadline in a showdown. He's quick-witted, too – his one-liners have just the right amount of snark and, of course, perfect timing. He loves – big surprise – fast cars, good films, and cycling.

All over – Rinne's a Navy brat.

Dog + tennis ball = bliss
She keeps our accounts on the straight and narrow. Before adding her talents to our team's bottom line, Rinne spent 20 years making sense (and cents) for big-name clients at BBDO and Ogilvy. When not expertly crunching numbers, she enjoys the dubious honor of rooting for the Georgia Tech football team.

A long beach vacation with her hubby is heaven on earth.
Terry's is the first face you'll see when you visit Mindpower. In addition to managing the front desk, she helps us all stay as sane as possible (luckily, she has a psychology degree). An avid traveler, her favorite place so far is Hawaii (over St. Thomas, France, Mexico, and South Africa!). Despite her calm, cool exterior, Terry's a thrill seeker at heart. You'll often find her rock climbing, kayaking, or skydiving, so get to know her at your own risk.

If it tastes good, it's probably bad for you.
Terry keeps us all sane, managing traffic and keeping office drama to a dull roar (her theatre studies sure come in handy). Before Mindpower, Terry managed accounts like HP, Amex, and the CDC. She never misses a thing around here and is always sure schedules are followed to a "T." In her not-plentiful free time, she tends to trot the globe, most recently to Japan, New Zealand, Eastern Europe, and England.

A spreadsheet makes everything better.
Preetam (kind of rhymes with freedom) has vision. She sees all the moving parts and brings them together perfectly. Over the years, Preetam has mastered the art of project management, leading accounts spanning education, banking, real estate, and consumer products. When she’s not solving account puzzles, Preetam is probably on a plane – one of her grandest adventures was an around-the-world trip. Back in Atlanta, Preetam volunteers as an ESL teacher and earns her green thumb with Trees Atlanta.

Rick Rolling holds the key to the meaning of life.
Todd spins great webs – websites, that is. He waxes philosophical about things like information architecture and practically develops sites in his sleep. He also provides the fabled "missing link" between the right- and left-brain. When he's not staring at lines of code or getting his chops busted, Todd prowls the city in search of good music and weird places.

She should’ve been a racecar driver.
Tracy has an MBA and perfect pitch. Her ear for music extends to hearing just what our clients need. And her marketing and account management expertise keeps projects moving harmoniously.
She’s also a karaoke master who chooses music for its roller-skate-ability factor. Singing and playing in local bands and quick escapes to Gulf Coast keep Tracy balanced and happy.

It’s normal for a born-and-bred Georgian to be a Red Sox & Patriots fan.
Quinton is multi-talented, with a passion for broadcast/video, interactive, print, and canvas. He’s designed for major brands including record labels, luxury cars, colleges, national restaurant chains, even an island (hello, Bermuda!). When he’s not creating with a brush or a mouse, he’s probably wielding a bat or golf club. Or a vegetarian cookbook or Joseph Campbell bestseller – he’s got the whole yin-yang thing perfected.
