  • Stroke is the number three cause of death in the U.S. But strokes can be stopped in their tracks. You just need to get to a hospital within three hours, and most irreversible damage can be avoided. Unfortunately, most people don’t know that. Hamilton Healthcare decided to change that, and asked us to help. Here’s what we came up with:

  • The trickiest part of stroke prevention is that most victims ignore their own crucial symptoms as “no big deal” until it’s too late. Even if you won’t act fast for yourself, you can still step up and be a hero for the ones you love.

  • The faster you recognize a stroke happening, the better the victim’s chance of survival will be. The "FAST" acronym made it easy to recall what a stroke might look like… and what to do if you witness one happening.
