  • More admissions visits. More boarding students. Greater recognition in the Southeast and Midwest. Those were Baylor School’s goals when we had our first meeting of the minds – ones we couldn’t wait to put our mindpower to.

  • Visiting Baylor’s Chattanooga campus almost made us want to go back to high school – but only if we could do so at Baylor. We regained our senses quickly enough (flashbacks to awkward school dances will do that), and set about helping Baylor lead with its strengths.

  • Baylor has a long tradition of leadership in the classroom, on the playing fields, and in the community. The school needed to shake things up and talk about its leadership through a branding program that better reflects its academic quality – and its personality – to attract
    future leaders.

  • In a word, everywhere. It’s become part of the fabric of the school – it’s in conversations, publications, and online. In the first year, boarding applications increased by more than 40 percent, and the school easily exceeded their goals. And it continues to attract the best and brightest students to Baylor.
